If you wish to return a defective item to K9 Genetics Corporation you must do so within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please follow the instructions for returning defective items below:

1. Contact K9 Genetics Corporation at (949)-285-6429 and let us know the product defects.
2. Enclose the bottom-perforated portion of the original packing slip with the product. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send you’re your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the product(s).
3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
4. Send the return package to the following address:

Please note that K9 Genetics Corporation does not accept returns for any products that are not deemed by the Company to be defective.

Furthermore, unless you have purchased a trial sample, the terms of service agreement you have entered into is a twelve (12) month agreement. If you wish to terminate your agreement before twelve months has passed, you will be charged a $200 early termination fee.
